We’re entering a new phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our presence in the Greater Toronto Area. Your Role

As Business Development Manager, your mission will be to generate growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships in a competitive and evolving marketplace. You will represent SECCAN with confidence and integrity, acting as a trusted advisor for our clients and a key contributor to our market development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development

  • Identify, approach, and engage new clients across targeted industry segments
  • Position SECCAN as a preferred partner through strong value propositions and market insight
  • Build business cases, prepare proposals, and lead high-impact presentations

Client Relationships

  • Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Act as a long-term partner by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions

Business Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and customer expectations
  • Translate feedback into actionable insights to improve our offer and service
  • Monitor your sales pipeline and report key business development indicators

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with strategic thinking. You are a curious, disciplined, and forward-looking professional who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys the energy of business development.

  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and autonomy
  • Comfortable with travel within the GTA
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital business environments
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
