We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Business Development Manager – Education Outreach & Partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding corporate outreach initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and driving executive education and Management Development Program (MDP) engagements.

The role requires a blend of business development, stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and relationship management experience within the education, training, or corporate learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate partnerships for executive education and training programmes
• Identify business opportunities for Management Development Programs (MDPs) and executive learning initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR, L&D teams, and industry stakeholders
• Coordinate with faculty members, trainers, and industry experts for programme delivery
• Manage end-to-end programme execution including scheduling, participant coordination, and logistics
• Support outreach activities, client meetings, presentations, and proposal development
• Monitor programme feedback and ensure high participant satisfaction
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of executive education initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / Engineering preferred)
• 6–10 years of experience in business development, executive education, corporate training, or L&D
• Experience in handling corporate training engagements and client relationships
• Strong professional network within Bangalore’s corporate ecosystem preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

• Business schools or higher education institutions
• Corporate L&D or training organizations
• Executive education and professional learning programmes

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
