As the Business Development Manager based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and brand recognition for our client’s mortgage and tax solutions. You’ll represent the company in key markets, building strategic relationships with business, community, and government stakeholders to expand their reach and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture partnerships with business, community, and government entities to generate incremental leads for mortgage and tax services.
- Represent the company at high-profile business and community events in Singapore and nearby regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement impactful lead-generation campaigns.
- Prepare and present business cases to senior management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within B2C or B2B sectors, particularly in local or expatriate markets.
- Background in financial services or industries catering to Australian expats is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong networking abilities to build and sustain relationships with high-profile stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in business case development, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
