Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to recruit new agents, teams and brokerages to our Organization. This is a 100% commission position with no base.
Establish relationship with builders to promote the best projects in coordination with our sales team.
You must have 3 years sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively recruits both new and experienced real estate agents, teams and brokerages to join Search Realty.
- make outbound calls to agents
Working directly with CEO you will help in Growing the Search brand & recruit new talent to the company
PAY 100% commission based on performance $ 100,000 - $ 200,000.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years sales experience .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
- Realtors license helpful but no required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
