Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in SAP solutions to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the enterprise software or IT solutions industry, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate closely with field sales and marketing teams.
• Understand client business needs and effectively communicate SAP product offerings. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track lead status, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with field sales and solution consultants to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute account-based strategies in alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on SAP product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities. Build long-term relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to drive account penetration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience, ideally within the IT, software, or SAP ecosystem.Familiarity with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, SAP Cloud offerings is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• SAP Partner experience or certifications (e.g., SAP Sales Associate)Prior experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
