We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Officer to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities – but not limited to
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue, grow market share, and enhance the company’s competitive edge.
- Acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media engagement, and client referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed performance indicators and sales targets by actively promoting services and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Stay up to date with all company products and services to effectively match client needs, promote relevant offerings, and provide accurate information.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by providing insights into market conditions, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, progress on KPIs, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Key responsibilities- (but not limited to)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience or relevant qualification.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $29.70.00 - $ 30.00
GM Car Wholesalers Limited is based at 520 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland, 1062.
