Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the overall business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT services, FMCG, real estate, etc.].
- Knowledge of digital marketing or lead generation tools.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Conversion rate and revenue growth.
- Client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
