Mind Above Matter (MAM) is a leading provider of behavioral health services offering the full continuum of outpatient care for adolescents through adulthood. We offer expert treatment and compassionate adolescent/adult – centered care supporting mental health. We provide services at our locations located in Texas, in Burleson and Keller and maintain partnerships with numerous local school districts.

Mind Above Matter (MAM) is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to build and enhance relationships with community partners, increasing brand recognition and supporting our growth initiatives. This role primarily focuses on developing strategic partnerships for our brick and mortar locations as well as our iMatter programs within ISDs in the DFW area. We are looking for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and transparency, thrives on creating meaningful connections, and is eager to make a positive impact on mental health care access.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential community partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, strengthening community ties
• Gather insights from competitor and customer data to inform strategies
• Present MAM’s services to prospective referral partners
• Create and implement growth strategies aligned with MAM’s business objectives
• Track and manage a pipeline of qualified referral prospects
• Cultivate strategic partnerships that drive client engagement
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead in the industry
• Oversee the end-to-end referral process, ensuring partner satisfaction

Daytime / Evening Hours Available

Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelors degree in Psychology/Sociology or Business Management
• Minimum: One-year professional work experience in related field or industry
• Must be able to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
• Must be available to work some weekends and evenings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems
