Business Development Representative

Job Title: Part time Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Remote
Salary: €14/hour + Quarterly Performance Bonuses

The Role:
As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach by cold calling eCommerce businesses and booking high-quality appointments for our sales team to close deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our innovative payment gateway solution that’s designed to help online merchants thrive.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of €14/hour.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
  • Monthly OTE Part time: €1,420. Monthly OTE Full time: €2,840.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to eCommerce businesses.
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build rapport with prospects and present our value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection.
  • Self-motivation and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Interest in startups and a desire to grow within the company.
