About the Role

Are you ready to launch your career in sales with a global leader in packaging automation? Packsize is seeking a driven and highly professional Sales Trainee / Business Development Representative to spearhead our expansion in the European market.

As a key player in our European sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads with precision and professionalism, while also proactively developing outbound opportunities. You will work closely with industry leaders to drive market growth, contributing directly to the Packsize mission of revolutionizing packaging automation.

This role begins with comprehensive virtual training, equipping you with the expertise needed to excel. Once live, you will operate as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), engaging with potential customers and nurturing relationships to build a strong sales pipeline. You will be required to work in person at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in a collaborative and high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound leads with utmost professionalism, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
  • Proactively generate outbound opportunities, identifying key decision-makers and initiating meaningful conversations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Packsize’s cutting-edge solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide insightful reporting on lead generation activities.
