As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented people to join our Sales Development team. You'll engage with senior decision-makers including CHROs, CIOs and Internal Communications leaders at some of the world's leading organisations, creating opportunities that drive our continued success.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through professional outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Research prospective customers and conduct discovery conversations to understand their challenges and business priorities.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Represent the Workvivo brand with professionalism, energy and curiosity.
  • Develop your sales skills through our structured SDR Academy, combining onboarding, coaching, certification and continuous learning.


What we're looking for

  • Have experience in a customer-facing role where you've built strong relationships and delivered great customer experiences.
  • Be an excellent communicator who is confident speaking with new people every day.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
  • Hardworking, resilient and motivated by achieving ambitious goals, with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Someone who is curious, coachable and adaptable, with the confidence to embrace feedback and quickly learn new technologies and sales tools.
  • Be eager to build a successful long-term career in technology sales.


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:


Minimum:

€52,800.00

Maximum:

€79,200.00
