We are seeking for a Business Development Specialist to join our IHQ in Schengen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
· Conduct detailed research to understand new target markets, including cultural, economic, and competitive landscapes.
· Researching ways to allow our products to be imported into various countries
· Creative thinking to find ways to make our business happen around the world
· Supporting the expansion of our FPO program through creative thinking and troubleshooting
· Supporting the development of PM around the world
· Project organization skills
· Accurately and clearly report findings and provide recommendations on a way forward
· Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Assess potential markets for growth and expansion.
· Investigate and ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to understand market-specific requirements (e.g., import/export regulations, taxes, tariffs, and intellectual property protections).
· Track the performance of market entry initiatives, assessing key metrics such as sales growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
· International trade with international working experience
· Bachelor in Global Study's or International Relations
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
· Networking Ability: Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve complex business challenges.
· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to drive decisions.
· Background knowledge in import/export regulations
· Strategic thinker with a global perspective.
· Problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to new environments.
· Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to build relationships in diverse markets.
· Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Results-oriented with a focus on long-term growth.
