As a Business Development Trainee, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of business development and sales strategies. You will work closely with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, understanding market dynamics, and contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Assist in generating leads through various channels, including social media and networking events.
• Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals and other materials for meetings.
• Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their needs and assist in building relationships.
• Engage in training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work closely with various departments to align business development strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

• Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. No experience is welcome.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
