Tatvam Diagnostic is looking for a an experienced dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our diagnostic services and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners
- Promote diagnostic services, test packages, and home collection facilities
- Generate new business leads and achieve monthly targets
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
- Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities
- Support branding and promotional activities in the local area
- Promote pathology tests, health packages, and home sample collection services
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance
Requirements:
- Minimum experience: 2–3 years in Diagnostic / Healthcare / Pharma sales
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Field work oriented with self-motivation
- Bike mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel and reporting
- Professional attitude and relationship-building skills
Salary:
As per experience + Attractive Incentives (Target Based)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
