Tatvam Diagnostic is looking for a an experienced dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our diagnostic services and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners
  • Promote diagnostic services, test packages, and home collection facilities
  • Generate new business leads and achieve monthly targets
  • Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
  • Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities
  • Support branding and promotional activities in the local area
  • Promote pathology tests, health packages, and home sample collection services
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience: 2–3 years in Diagnostic / Healthcare / Pharma sales
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Field work oriented with self-motivation
  • Bike mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel and reporting
  • Professional attitude and relationship-building skills

Salary:

As per experience + Attractive Incentives (Target Based)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
