About the Role
Crossell is seeking a motivated Business Executive to support the delivery of high-quality merchandising and field sales operations across Ireland. This role will act as the primary contact for assigned clients and field teams, ensuring smooth scheduling, reporting, operational coordination, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support contact for Sales Merchandisers and Field Supervisors across Ireland
- Coordinate and manage daily and weekly work schedules, allocating calls up to 7 days in advance
- Upload and maintain schedules and activity data within internal IT systems
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly client reporting within agreed timelines
- Monitor and manage field team KPIs, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Maintain personnel records, documentation, holiday requests, and payroll coordination
- Support client account management, ensuring service levels are consistently achieved
- Support training schedule planning, cost control, and operational administration
- Participate in planning and regional meetings as required

- Ideally 1 experience in operations, administration, sales support, or merchandising coordination. Full training will be provided.
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop within a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel / reporting skills are an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
