The Role
The Business Improvement Coordinator will play a critical part in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, fostering creative thinking, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance both student and staff experiences, supporting acquisition, retention, and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the development and implementation of initiatives focused on enhancing student and staff experiences.
Contribute to efforts that drive engagement, retention, and growth across the business.
Analyze performance metrics and assess compliance within the business unit to identify areas for improvement. Use insights from this analysis to make actionable recommendations. Work closely with various stakeholders to explore, recommend, and implement business improvement strategies.
Prepare and communicate business improvement proposals to a wide audience effectively.
Effectively communicate to various stakeholders about change implementation
Deliver training programs focused on creative thinking and continuous improvement to enhance the capabilities of Communications Centre staff.
The successful applicant will have the following core competencies:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with subsequent experience OR equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
Proven experience in business improvement, process analysis, change management and the implementation of best practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Training or facilitation experience is highly desirable.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 per annum plus 17% superannuation.
