Dens N Dente is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst- Information Technology to join our team! The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our company’s Data and Reporting needs daily. This role will build strong proficiencies in data management practices and Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and other applications.

We are looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects at once and work collaboratively in a team.

Position Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify requirements
• Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meetbusiness requirements
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
• Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
• Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of securitybreaches
• Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
• Resolve conflict situations
• JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
• Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and additional Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
• Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field is an asset
• Previous experience in data entry/management role an asset
• Experience with software, such as NetSuite, SQL, Python, Oracle, Data Analysis and Business intelligence is an asset
