Business Intelligence Technical Coordinator

We are searching for a Business Intelligence Technical Coordinator for a global company in Lund. Start in January, 6 months limited contract to begin with. Possibility of extension after that. On-site in Lund minimum 3 days per week.

Job Summary:

• Support business users in Analytical & Business Information solutions (reports & dashboards), with focus on robust data source integration and systematic problem solving to ensure maintainability.
• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Excellent stake holder management skills (will be coordinating with business and the development team)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

What you will do:

• First line of support for end user
• Understand and capture the data requirement and facilitate/coordinate with Requester and Developer.
• Coordinate systematic problem-solving
• Ensure maintainability and trusted source data connection including documentation
• Coordinate user validation
• Identify & address training needs
• Identify & fulfil end user access needs

Deliverables:

• Coordinate improvements, development, support & maintenance of reports/dashboards in Power BI
• Should be able to do some development work and quick fixes for Power BI reports
• Training end users on functionality
• Administer access requests for users
• Increase Data Literacy among end users
• Encourage a data-driven business culture

Skills and Experience:

• Theoretical & working knowledge of BI (eg. Power BI, SAP reports, SAP Hana, Business Objects etc)
• Working knowledge of BI tools functionality
• Experience and mindset for systematic problem solving.
• Mindset for user experience and maintainability
• Diligent in documentation
• Good understanding of BI data integration, such as data models, database views, systems authentication
• Minimum 3 years of experience within this field

This role requires fluency in both English and Swedish.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is in January, 6 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
