About the role
This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven automotive finance professional to step into a flagship Toyota site and maximise earnings.

You’ll take ownership of the F&I function, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all finance and insurance processes from application to approval
• Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
• Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance partners
• Work closely with Sales to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with compliance, lender policies, and industry trends

Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I Manager in a dealership
• Strong financial acumen and deal structuring capability
• High energy, results-driven mindset in a volume environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of dealership systems and finance processes
• Passion for customer experience and achieving targets
