About the Company:

We are a growing aluminum door and window fabrication company focused on high-quality products, timely delivery, and excellent customer service. With an experienced supervisor and a dedicated sales team, we are now looking for an Operations Executive to manage the backend operations and ensure smooth coordination across the business.

Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, preparing and managing fabrication drawings, coordinating with the supervisor and sales team, tracking ongoing projects, and ensuring timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Coordination

  • Manage the overall backend operations of the business.
  • Coordinate between the fabrication supervisor, sales team, vendors, and customers.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects and ensure timelines are met.
  • Maintain records of job orders, materials, production schedules, and deliveries.

2. Drawing & Technical Documentation

  • Prepare, update, and manage technical drawings for aluminum doors, windows, partitions, and related systems.
  • Work closely with the supervisor to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings before production.
  • Maintain drawing files, revisions, and documentation.

3. Project & Workflow Management

  • Track each project from inquiry to completion.
  • Ensure materials are ordered on time and inventory records are accurate.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs, and documentation support for the sales team.

4. Administrative & Back-office Support

  • Handle emails, client coordination, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain databases, reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Support management in streamlining and improving business processes.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software (mandatory).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic understanding of aluminum fabrication processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Sheets).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Technical background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, drafting, or project coordination (freshers with strong CAD skills may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
