Intern (Business Operations Excellence / Continuous Improvement / Business Process Re-engineering) – Your Future Position?
As an intern in our Fragrance Division at Givaudan’s Singapore office, you will be developed in Business Process Improvement methodologies and will be given an opportunity to practise this in real life projects.
Location: 1 Pioneer Turn
Reporting to: CI Business Partner APAC
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the team to support on Business Process Mapping and identify gaps/improvement opportunities.
- Support the project team to perform data collection and analysis.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with other teams to improve the Business Processes.
- Involve cross-functional team members in the project.
- Present the recommended solution developed by the team you worked with.
- Support the testing and validation of the recommended solutions.
- Track and present the status/actions of the project/program you are assigned in regular performance reviews.
Expected Outcomes:
- A steep learning curve for you, helping you to gain knowledge, experience and networking opportunity with people.
- Support for the recommended solution developed by the team, you worked with.
- Deliver the Project following the project timeline within the scope of Interning duration.
- Deliver expected Business Impact for the team.
- Build functional teams understanding and appreciation on Continuous Improvement.
- Establish new Standards for the improved business process.
Main Requirements
- Currently pursue MBA
- Able to commit on a part time basis
