Your day at NTT DATA
The role of the Business Operations Specialist is to acts as key support person and to collaborate with the sales teams. They assist members of the sales force by performing all order and contract renewal related administration. They ensure that all purchases are processed correctly. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to achieve a successful order to cash process.What you'll be doing
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible that new orders are validated and processed accurately in the internal systems, in accordance with company order intake policy.
- Responsible to secure the renewal contracts from the client and will liaise with internal teams to ensure the order is onboarded accurately.
- Presents price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed.
- Ensure all commercial documents such as clients purchase orders, vendor quotes, internal commercial documentation are complete and accurate
- Require coordination with stakeholders regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in relevant systems.
- Ensure all order/renewal documentation is correct and completed.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor or equivalent
Experience required:
- Relevant related experience in a similar role such as administration support or order processing
- SAP Knowledge
- SFDC
