By helping organizations tackle critical HR challenges and elevate their HR skills and performance, we ensure continuity and in addition foster growth for everyone involved.

Your Mission

As a Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our HR community, driving our network forward and leading innovative initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Building strong relationships: Forge and nurture long-term partnerships with HR leaders and experts across Belgium, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.

• Leading with impact: Handle client requests with precision, matching them with the right consultants, and ensuring top-notch service throughout every project.

• Shaping strategic initiatives: Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and the team on decision-making and strategic initiatives that steer our company’s direction.

• Embracing entrepreneurial spirit: Spot new opportunities in the HR industry and lead the charge in capturing them.

• Fostering growth and collaboration: Promote knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives that help our network and team progress.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have a track record in growing a business within the HR sector or a related field.

• Excel at building and maintaining meaningful relationships.

• Are open to new ideas and eager to learn.

• Value integrity and teamwork highly.

• Appreciate and encourage a positive work environment.

• Are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
