- Ongoing and Temporary Full time roles available. 35 hours per week.
- Location: Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
- Clerk Grade: Level 7/8. Base salary $113,574 p.a. to $125,720 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Experience managing employee relations matters such as performance, conduct and grievances
- Strong judgement and the ability to assess risk and determine when to escalate
- The ability to apply policies, legislation and industrial instruments in a practical way
- Experience preparing clear, accurate documentation (e.g. correspondence, briefs, file notes)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Qualifications in Human Resources and/or demonstrated experience in employee relations, including performance, conduct and grievance management
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation, industrial instruments and HR policies
- A current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as required

- Tell us about a time you had to provide advice on a sensitive employee relations issue where there were competing priorities or differing views. How did you balance procedural fairness, compliance requirements and business needs?
- Describe a time you managed an employee relations matter such as performance, conduct, grievance or a non-complex workplace investigation. How did you assess the issue, apply relevant policy or legislation, manage risk and support the manager to achieve an appropriate outcome.
