• Material Master Data: You manage material master records in SAP S/4HANA, including new entries, modifications and extensions, while contributing to data accuracy and governance standards.
• Order & Transaction Management: You coordinate business transactions across the supply chain, from purchase and sales orders to deliveries, stock transfers and international intercompany processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality and IT to address operational challenges and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Business Process Optimization: You help identify inefficiencies, gather business requirements and contribute to testing, process harmonization and the implementation of improved workflows.
• SAP Documentation: You create and update process descriptions, work instructions, process maps and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent operations and regulatory compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: You contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and support the ongoing development of efficient, standardized business processes.
• International Stakeholder Management: You collaborate with global teams and subject matter experts to align processes, share knowledge and support effective business operations.

• Educational Background: You hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• SAP Experience: You have practical experience with SAP ERP systems; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: You understand key processes such as master data management, purchasing, order processing, inventory control or logistics.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: You approach operational challenges systematically, investigate root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Process-Oriented Mindset: You are interested in business process management, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Teamwork & Communication: You communicate effectively and enjoy working with stakeholders from different departments and international backgrounds.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Documentation & Data Skills: You can structure information clearly, maintain accurate records and work confidently with process documentation and data analysis.

The gross annual salary is at least EUR 56.000 but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
