We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our friendly & dynamic Business Support team. This role is permanent, full-time, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
No two days are the same and you will thrive in a fast paced, supportive environment. If you are looking for a role that provides diversity and development in your business administration/customer service career, then this could be the role you have been waiting for.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Frontline customer service – walk-in visitors, incoming calls and emails
- Client database management
- Coordination of staff travel requirements
- Data entry, word-processing, filing & mailing correspondence
- Internal business communications, including flyers and eNewsletter creation on a regular basis
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Previous reception, administration or call centre experience is preferred
- A confident, professional telephone manner & excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer systems & programmes (Microsoft suite etc)
