The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst to join our Water Treatment business.
In this key role, you’ll provide operational and commercial support to our sales teams — ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent customer experience.
The role can be based remotely in Finland or Poland, working closely with a collaborative international team.

What You’ll Do

Act as a Salesforce power user, managing customer data, quotes, and documentation.

Support sales with customer proposals, tenders, and records management.

Handle sample requests, shipments, and supplier coordination.

Assist with purchasing processes, POs, and indirect procurement.

Ensure consistent use of sales materials, templates, and tools.

Partner across sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to improve processes.

Train users and drive Salesforce efficiency across the business.

About You

3+ years’ experience in business support, sales operations, or commercial coordination.

Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish a plus).

Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (3+ years with each).

Background in water treatment or industrial sectors is an advantage.

Organized, proactive, and collaborative with strong Excel skills.
