Your Challenges :
- Handling correspondence
- Coordinate internal communications withing the organisations
- Maintaining Records physical and digital
- Schedule and organise Meetings
- Assist with Data Entry
- Report Generation
- Prepare agendas and take minutes
- Handle travel arrangements and bookings
Your profile includes:
- Fluent English (if known Chinese, it’s better)
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft office Suite)
- Attentio to detail in handling documents and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external interactions
- Active listening skills to understand and address inquiries effectively
- Capacity to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
- Ability to work under pressure and meed deadlines
- Competence in usidn various software applications and online tools
- Proficiency in email and internet communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Prior experience in operational support role
