Your Challenges :


  • Handling correspondence
  • Coordinate internal communications withing the organisations
  • Maintaining Records physical and digital
  • Schedule and organise Meetings
  • Assist with Data Entry
  • Report Generation
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Handle travel arrangements and bookings

Your profile includes:


  • Fluent English (if known Chinese, it’s better)
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft office Suite)
  • Attentio to detail in handling documents and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external interactions
  • Active listening skills to understand and address inquiries effectively
  • Capacity to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meed deadlines
  • Competence in usidn various software applications and online tools
  • Proficiency in email and internet communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Prior experience in operational support role
