This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn. You’ll help the team run smoothly while spotting opportunities to improve processes and implement practical solutions. On-the-job training will be provided.

Your role:

• Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier records
• Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and order closures
• Assist with travel bookings, expense reconciliation, and corporate card queries
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate workplace services including meetings, events, deliveries, and service providers
• Contribute to systems improvements, documentation, and mini projects
• Support the wider team with ongoing administrative tasks
• Prepare and monitor regular reports and follow up on outstanding actions

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Confident communicator who follows through on tasks
• Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
