Business Systems Analyst – AI & AutomationBuild the systems that power our growth.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – AI & Automation who will play a critical role in building and improving the systems that support our day-to-day operations.

You will take ownership of automation, workflows, CRM processes, AI-enabled solutions, and technology integrations across the customer journey — from lead generation to consultation to customer experience.

This is not a traditional support role. It is a hands-on builder and ownership-driven role, where you will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, build solutions, implement systems, and continuously improve them.

Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Workflow Management

• Design, build, and manage business automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar platforms.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into scalable automated workflows.
• Monitor existing workflows and ensure they operate reliably with minimal disruption.

CRM & Customer Journey Systems

• Own and continuously improve CRM pipelines and workflows.
• Manage WhatsApp-based lead and communication systems across the customer journey.
• Optimise processes from Lead → Consultation → Customer Experience.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Build and implement AI-powered workflows for content, operations, customer support, and internal processes.
• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI/LLM platforms to improve productivity and automation.

Technology & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with technology partners, SaaS providers, and external vendors.
• Evaluate new tools and solutions through demos, trials, and structured comparisons.
• Ask the right technical and business questions, identify limitations, and support pricing/solution negotiations.

Testing & Implementation

• Conduct structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before new systems go live.
• Gather feedback from users and translate it into actionable improvements.
• Drive successful adoption of new systems across teams.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

• Diagnose and resolve workflow, integration, and system issues.
• Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Documentation & Enablement

• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Help non-technical teams understand and effectively use the systems you build.

Metrics & Optimisation

• Track relevant system and process metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements based on data and operational feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Systems, Business Operations, Automation, CRM, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-level automation workflows.
• Strong practical knowledge of at least one automation/no-code platform such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, CRM workflows, and system integrations.
• Active and effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
• Ability to write, understand, or troubleshoot basic scripts with the support of AI tools — Google Apps Script / Python basics is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of the business impact of system errors.
• Comfortable working with SaaS providers, technology vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to critically evaluate technology solutions and identify potential limitations or risks.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset.
• Ability to collect structured feedback and convert it into practical system improvements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Malayalam is preferred for effective coordination with the Kerala team.

Eligibility

Education:
B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT) or equivalent.

MCA / M.Tech / MBA (Technology/Analytics) will be an advantage.

Experience:
2–3 years in Business Systems, Operations, Automation, CRM, WhatsApp Automation, or related areas.

Freshers may also be considered if they can demonstrate strong hands-on experience through 2–3 meaningful projects or production-level implementations.

Location:
Calicut / Kozhikode, Kerala.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Calicut before joining.

Work Mode: On-site only. Remote work is not available for this role.

Language: English required; Malayalam preferred.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Based on skills, experience, and interview performance.

Work Location: Kozhikode / Calicut, Kerala
Work Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: 6 days/week

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Calicut before joining.
