Croissant Gourmet is seeking a qualified professional to lead and expand our business engagement operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, digital platform management, and customer engagement within the food service or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize performance on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and ToGo platforms.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and customer reach.

• Engage new and existing clients to grow special events and catering sales.

• Coordinate closely with our executive team to align marketing and business goals.

• Maintain consistent brand presence across digital and social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or food delivery platform management.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.

• A proactive, professional attitude and passion for the culinary industry.
