Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb.
• Ensure all meat products are displayed attractively and adhere to our high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including recommendations and answering queries about meat products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food handling environment.
