Join our growing team of Butchers and Butcher Assistants at one of Irelands Finest Organic Meat companies: Coolanowle Organic Meats aka www.organicmeat.ie.

We specialise in direct sales to customers right across the island of Ireland via our rapidly growing online sales as well as via the several farmers markets that we attend weekly throughout Dublin, Carlow & Kilkenny.

We process our own Organic Beef & Lamb (from our own organic farm) as well as Organic Chicken and Organic Pork from other select Organic Farms. We also stock Organic Turkeys as well as Free Range Geese and Ducks every Christmas.

Our processing facility includings boning of Pork, Lamb and Chicken weekly. We also require trimming of beef, sausage making, curing, slicing, packing etc.

We are looking for a canditate for a full time butcher/ boner role for a 5 day working week: Mondays - Saturdays. The job will entail regular attendance at some of the farmers markets we attend in Dublin/ Kilkenny where required.

The suitable candidate must be hard working, reliable, honest and have exemplary teamwork and interpersonal skills and be fully fluent in English.

Own transport required as we are situated rurally with no public transport options.
