Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies to meet company requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost savings and quality assurance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing procurement or buyer role.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
