ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage procurement and sourcing of products, including imports and supplier negotiations.
• Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring performance and efficiency.
• Develop and expand procurement categories with a strategic sourcing approach.
• Optimize costs, monitor supplier performance, and maintain quality standards.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage procurement P&L, including cost control, budgeting, and driving savings to improve margins.
• Introduce new products aligned with company strategy and participate in product development.
• Streamline procurement and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
• Set procurement KPIs and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
• Recruit and manage procurement staff as needed

Mandatory Prerequisites:

• Experience in consumer product purchasing
• Experience in handling procurement categories
• Ability to lead a team with KPI & KRA management
• Basic understanding of P&L, cost control, and budgeting
• Experience in vendor negotiation and sourcing (including imports)
• Good understanding of inventory and demand planning
