Since 2022, Myonex Berlin is our Germany facility. With a long-standing experience in primary/secondary packaging and small batch-size IMP manufacturing capabilities, the Berlin facility brings expert and flexible support to early-stage clinical trials.

As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a Buyer with first working experience, preferably in a clinical trial or pharmaceutical setting to join our Berlin team.

About the Role:

As the Buyer you will support the procurement of comparator drugs for clinical trials by managing purchase requisitions, creating and placing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to master data management (MDM) and sourcing activities. The Buyer ensure timely and compliant procurement execution aligned with clinical trial timelines and regulatory reauirements.

Key responsibilities are:

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into accurate purchase orders (POs).
• Place POs with approved suppliers and ensure timely confirmation and delivery.
• Monitor PO status and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure readiness and shipment. - Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions in ERP systems.
• Act as primary point of contact and collaborate with internal departments.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with SOPs, GxP, and clinical trial regulations.
• Participate in audits and provide documentation as required.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance and collaborate with MDM teams to resolve data-related issues impacting procurement.

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in a clinical trial or pharmaceutical setting.
• Experience with comparator sourcing is a plus.
• Knowledge of GxP and clinical trial regulations desirable.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
• Fluent in German and English
