We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected client – a leading business advisory and brokerage firm that’s part of a global network with over 250 offices worldwide. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs buy, sell, and grow small to medium-sized businesses across Ireland, providing expert guidance with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team as a Buyside Sales Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting qualified buyers with business opportunities. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, assess buyer profiles, and support the deal process from initial contact through to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Buyer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for incoming buyer enquiries, responding promptly and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Vetting & Qualification: Assess buyer suitability through financial checks, motivation analysis, and structured screening processes.
  • Opportunity Matching: Use data, industry insight, and buyer profiles to match prospects with suitable listings, collaborating closely with brokers and advisers.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Build and maintain targeted buyer lists based on sector, business size, and investment criteria.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate buyer records, track engagement activity, and produce regular reports.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with marketing and outreach campaigns, following up on warm leads to drive engagement.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to align buyer demand with business listings and growth strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and enquiries effectively
  • Familiar with CRM systems and data-driven workflows
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
  • Background in business development, sales administration, or client services – ideally within professional services, financial, or brokerage sectors
