About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Black Water Rafting team. This role focuses on delivering world-class service to visitors, ensuring their expectations are exceeded. From managing reservations to sharing local knowledge, you'll play a key part in enhancing the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers, stakeholders, and agents.
• Manage reservations, process payments, and respond to inquiries accurately.
• Promote and sell Waitomo attractions and retail products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Waitomo products, local attractions, and competitor offerings.
• Address customer feedback, complaints, and reviews professionally.
• Maintain retail displays, stock levels, and store appearance to a high standard.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Support scheduling and cave capacity management during operational disruptions.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally with booking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local tourism and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
