Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Inter / CA Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and overall accounting functions for our Canadian operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and accounting using accounting software (e.g., QBO)
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations
• Assisting in budgeting and financial analysis
• Supporting audit and tax documentation
• Reviewing invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking
• Assisting in HST/GST filings and Canadian compliance
• Maintaining proper financial documentation

Requirements

• CA Inter qualified or CA Fresher
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good command over MS Excel
• Knowledge of financial statements and reconciliations
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to interact confidently with international clients and management
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Canadian team members
• Willingness to work on Canadian accounting standards
