- Lead and supervise a team of blue grey collar workers to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliverables
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team
- Collaborate with HR to address any staffing issues and maintain a positive work culture
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the blue grey collar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to make quick decisions and problem solve under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset and a passion for motivating others to succeed
