- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliverables
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team
- Collaborate with HR to address any staffing issues and maintain a positive work culture
