Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team part-time Monday - Thursday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a passion for creating innovative solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to develop design concepts that meet project requirements while ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality. The Designer will work on various projects, utilizing their skills in software applications and design principles to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for design projects.
  • Create detailed design drafts using tools such as Design 2020.
  • Develop visual presentations and concepts using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Prepare contract documents and specifications for project execution.
  • Engage in lighting sales discussions, providing expert recommendations based on client needs.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and project specifications.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Design 2020.
  • Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of sales processes, particularly in lighting sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
