Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Inside Sales and Design Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their cabinetry needs, providing expert design advice, and managing the sales process from initial contact to project completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in sales within the home improvement or related industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales expertise in a collaborative environment.
Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via inbound and outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts.
- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales to develop new client relationships and expand market presence.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer information, track sales activities, and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Provide detailed product information, design consultations, and customized solutions based on client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and project scope to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promote new products or services.
- Assist clients with project planning, including measurements, material selection, and design options using advanced technology tools.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience that fosters repeat business.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts through outbound calling efforts.
- Assist with the Project manager for scheduling of work force as needed
- Meet with Clients to draw up design boards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or business development within cabinetry, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Familiarity with outbound calling strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to leverage marketing tools for lead generation.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude for understanding product specifications and design concepts is a plus. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to grow their career in sales and design within a supportive company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Must have CAD experience or Sketchup drawing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
