About Us
Loughnanes Joinery is a family-owned joinery business with a proud tradition of delivering high-quality craftsmanship across Ireland. We specialise in bespoke joinery solutions and currently have several large-scale projects underway. We are now seeking experienced Cabinet Makers to join our growing team.

The Role
We are looking for skilled cabinet makers who are capable of managing a project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be confident working from detailed technical drawings through to production and final quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed joinery drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble bespoke wooden components using a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the production process
• Perform quality control checks on finished pieces
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in cabinet making (required)
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and production processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English (required)
• Eligible to work in Ireland (required)
• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Athenry, Co. Galway before the start date

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift
• Overtime may be available during busy project periods

Pay: €15.00-€19.00 per hour
