Cabinet Maker – Fearons Kitchens & Interiors

About Us

Fearons is a leading supplier of kitchens, wardrobes, and interior fittings, known for our attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer service. We design, manufacture, and supply high-quality fitted furniture to both retail and trade customers throughout Ireland.

We’re expanding our workshop team and are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble high-quality kitchen and wardrobe units to specification.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists accurately.
• Ensure all products meet quality and finish standards before dispatch.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop and installation teams to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker, joiner, or bench hand in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery, and materials (particularly MFC, MDF, and solid wood).
• Ability to read and follow CAD drawings and cutting lists.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of woodworking machinery operation and maintenance.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in kitchen or wardrobe manufacturing.
• Full driving license.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machinery (an advantage but not essential).
