Millwork Drafting & Production CoordinatorPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen and Millwork Cabinet Drafting to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of custom millwork and cabinetry production, along with advanced experience using Mozaik Software.

The successful candidate will work closely with our production team to take completed design drawings and convert them into accurate, production-ready shop packages. This includes adjusting plans based on final site measurements, preparing CNC-ready cut lists, organizing material and door orders, and coordinating production schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting & Production Preparation

• Review and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Modify and adjust plans to reflect accurate on-site measurements

Quality & Accuracy

• Verify dimensions, specifications, and production details before release to the shop
• Minimize production errors through careful review and planning
• Maintain high standards for organization, accuracy, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Mozaik Software (required)
• Experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking production
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a millwork shop environment
• Familiarity with cabinetry construction methods and materials

Compensation

• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
