Role Description The Computer Aided Design Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing, revising, and managing detailed CAD drawings and BIM models to support engineering and construction projects. The coordinator will work with project managers, engineers, and MEP teams to interpret design information, coordinate layouts, and ensure drawings reflect current project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and updating drawing sets, supporting the preparation of technical submittals, checking drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards, and assisting in resolving design-related queries from site teams. The role also requires maintaining drawing documentation, following company CAD/BIM standards, and supporting cross-functional coordination to keep project information aligned.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and experience creating, modifying, and managing technical drawings.

Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms and workflows for coordinated project documentation.

Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ability to coordinate MEP layouts in drawings and models.

Experience preparing and reviewing drawing packages and submittals, ensuring completeness and adherence to project requirements.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain structured drawing and document control.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or building services projects is an advantage.

Willingness to learn new tools, follow established CAD/BIM standards, and adapt to project needs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
