Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications.
• Utilize CAD Software to develop Shop Drawings and building models
• Learn to provide clear detailed quantity Drawings
• Organize and overlay other trade drawings to determine mistakes
• Draft and print drawings for crew field use and submittal

Qualifications and Experience

• Understand reading and interpretation of drawings and specifications-
• Experience and familiarity with Concrete Construction -Encouraged
• Clear and fluent knowledge of computers and experience working with spread sheets.
• Ability to use CAD programs or Revit
• Good communication skills.
• Estimating experience is a Plus
• Construction experience is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
