We are looking for a friendly and reliable Café Staff Member to join our team. This is a varied role that involves a range of in-store duties, including preparing coffee to a high standard, serving customers, handling food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages (barista experience required)
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming approach
- Assist with food preparation and display
- Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café
- Restock supplies and assist with general store upkeep
Requirements:
- Proven barista experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Haccap Level 1 qualification
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.15 per hour
