Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of coffee and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee, and other beverages under supervision
• Assist senior Baristas with daily café operations
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and basic brewing equipment
• Take customer orders and process bills through POS
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Assist in basic food preparation and service when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment
• Check and maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Support the team during peak hours and maintain smooth café operations

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
• Willingness to learn espresso-making and brewing techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualification & Experience:

• HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop
• Freshers with Barista training/certification are welcome

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, or QSRs
• Basic knowledge of latte art or specialty coffee is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
