Melbourne Coffee Culture is seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Broadbeach café.

We're looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can inspire a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
• Lead, train and support front-of-house team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries
• Coordinate staff rosters and daily workflow
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
• Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to maintain efficient service
• Help drive team performance and create a positive workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing a café, restaurant or hospitality venue
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Experience with staff supervision and training
• Reliable, professional and solutions-focused
• Flexible availability, including weekends when required
